Tokio Marine Kiln Syndicates 510, 557 & 308 2016 Results & 2017 Year of Account Forecasts

Tokio Marine Kiln has announced its results for the 2016 year of account for its syndicates 510, 557 and 308 and has also released an updated forecast for the 2017 year of account.

Syndicate 510
The 2016 result of 4.4% of capacity is towards the top end of the previous forecast range, which was set between 0.4% and 5.4% of capacity.
The 2017 forecast loss forecast has deteriorated, from a range of between -12.9% and -7.9% to between -14.6% to -9.6% of capacity.

Syndicate 557
The 2016 result of 25.7% of capacity is above the previous forecast range, which was set between 12.9% and 17.9% of capacity.
The 2017 forecast loss forecast has improved, from a range of between -32.1% and -27.1% to between -29.6% to -24.6% of capacity.

Syndicate 308
The 2016 result of -9.5% of capacity is an improvement on the previous forecast range, which was set between -16.9% and -11.9% of capacity.
The 2017 forecast loss forecast has improved very marginally, from a range of between -54.9% and -49.9% to between -54.4% to -49.4% of capacity.
