The 2019 forecast has improved, from a range of -5.0% and 5.0% to between -4.0% and 6.0% of capacity.

SPA 6103
The 2018 forecast has improved, from a range of -7.5% and 2.5% to between -2.5% and 2.5% of capacity.
The 2019 forecast has improved, from a range of 12.5% and 32.5% to between 16.5% and 33.5% of capacity.
