Conversations with an Underwriter

Following the success of our ‘Conversations with an Underwriter’ last year, we have invited all members, by email, to our new series of on-line meetings this year. These will follow the same format as last year where our guest underwriter will provide a brief update on the developments in their particular area of expertise and we then open up to a more informal discussion allowing questions from you.

The meetings are planned to take place on Zoom as follows:-

Thursday 26th May @12pm Paul Lawrence (Hiscox syndicate 33) discussing opportunities in flood insurance

Monday 6th June @12pm Will Roscoe (Beazley syndicate 5623) discussing the lead/follow approach to underwriting

Monday 13th June @12pm Matthew Shaw (TMK syndicate 510) updating us on the latest position in the aviation market
