Alpha Insurance Analysts Limited

Alpha Insurance Analysts Ltd (Alpha) is a Lloyd’s advisory business and members’ agent that represents and advises third-party capital on their Lloyd’s underwriting. The company was founded in September 2007, with 2008 being the first year of underwriting. Alpha is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

For the 2023 Account, Alpha represents c250 Lloyd’s members who collectively underwrite £831 million across 22 syndicates.

Alpha also acts as advisor to two large corporate clients.

Following a management buyout in 2013, the business is owned by Archimedes Partners Limited, a company wholly owned by the executive directors and employees of Alpha.

Our executive directors have over 100 years of experience of the Lloyd’s market.

Fidentia Services LLP

The majority of the NameCos and LLPs owned by Alpha members are administered by Fidentia Services LLP.

Fidentia is jointly owned by Alpha and Duncan & Toplis (a firm of Chartered Accountants).

Fidentia’s services include all the administration necessary to ensure the proper management and conduct of each NameCo or LLP. Fidentia looks after the company secretarial, compliance, accounting, audit arrangements and reporting to HM Revenue and Customs.

All limited liability partnerships (LLP) are required to have a corporate designated member connected to a members’ agent which is provided by Fidentia.
