We represent and advise Lloyd’s members on their underwriting affairs.
Fidentia Services LLP provides corporate services for Alpha NameCos, LLPs and DCPs.
Alpha Insurance Analysts Limited
Alpha Insurance Analysts Ltd is a Lloyd’s advisory business and members’ agent that provides private and corporate investors at Lloyd’s with underwriting advice and administrative services. The company was founded by James Sparrow and Emma Royds in September 2007. Alpha is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
For the 2026 year of account, Alpha represents 257 Lloyd’s members who underwrite £982m of capacity at Lloyd’s across 36 syndicates and SPAs.
The employees of Alpha completed a management buy-out from the original external shareholders in 2013 and the business is owned by Archimedes Partners Limited, a company now wholly owned by an Employee Ownership Trust.

Fidentia Services LLP
The majority of the NameCos and LLPs owned by Alpha clients are administered by Fidentia Services LLP (Fidentia).
Fidentia is jointly owned by Alpha and Duncan & Toplis.
Fidentia’s services include all the administration necessary to ensure the proper management and conduct of each NameCo or LLP. Fidentia looks after the company secretarial, compliance, accounting, audit arrangements and reporting to HM Revenue and Customs.
All LLPs are required to have a corporate designated member connected to a members’ agent which can be provided by Fidentia.
