Asta has released updated forecasts for the 2020 and 2021 years of account for Ive Syndicate 2525.

The 2020 forecast has improved to between +10.0% and +20.0% of capacity, midpoint +15.0%. The previous forecast range was between +5.0% and +20.0% of capacity, midpoint +12.5%.
The 2021 forecast is unchanged at between 0.0% and +15.0% of capacity, midpoint +7.5%.
Alpha comment
We are very encouraged to see the forecast for the 2020 year of account improve for the second consecutive quarter. A strong profit looks eminently achievable, as historically the syndicate’s result has improved at close, often boosted by a large contribution from the prior years.
The 2021 year of account is unchanged as the syndicate typically keeps its forecast stable at this relatively early stage of development. Another excellent result looks likely, given that both the 2019 year of account (which closed with a +14.7% profit) and 2020 year of account had the same midpoint at this stage of development and the 2021 year benefit from an even stronger rating environment.
